Bespoke Design

Our Bespoke Design Service is ideal for those brides who are looking for unique one-off pieces made especially for their wedding. We offer two types of design service:

We are able to make alterations to the design and colours of the pieces in our current collection to suit you. No matter how small the alterations may be, we know how important the small details are. If you have seen an item in our current collection that you would like to discuss please email us at to arrange a conversation with the designer.

Alternatively our Bespoke Design Service allows us to create something entirely different just for you. The process is very easy and you can have as little or as much input as you would like. The process is outlined below and examples of some of our bespoke pieces can be seen at the bottom of this page.


The first step is to contact us at where we can discuss initial ideas, the feel or theme of your wedding and any colour requirements that you have. We can decide whether you require something from our range to be used as a starting point for the design; or whether you would prefer us to design something entirely unique.

A sketch will be produced to show you the idea that we will work on, and can be revised to suit your taste. At this point we will also give you an exact quote for the commission.

Once you are happy with the idea, we require written permission to commence work. (This can be via post or email, but emailing will allow us to start work immediately)



Payment is required after the design has been agreed and can be made via our website or over the phone.

Your design will be made by hand, closely following the sketch and any previous discussions that we have had. Depending on the design, work should take between 4 and 6 weeks to complete. We will be able to give you a more accurate estimate at the time of ordering. We can often accommodate tighter deadlines, so please let us know if your order is urgent during our initial conversation.

Customer relationships are important to us and we will keep in touch with you throughout the process to let you know how we are getting on.


We will contact you upon completion of your order, as we know that you will be excited to hear that your new piece is ready. Where possible we will email you a picture of your finished piece for you to see prior to shipping. We will then package it in one of our ribbon tied gift boxes and post it to you the following day via special delivery. For further details on delivery please see our terms and conditions.

Previous Orders


Jo had seen our Audrey and Halo tiaras and liked aspects of both styles.

We were able to create a Tiara based on the style and design of the Halo Tiara, using the same techniques and beads, but adapted it to suit Jo by using the dimensions of the Audrey Tiara.


Claire wanted a pearl and silver necklace that had a vintage look and would go with the crystal drop earrings that she had already bought from us.

We used freshwater pearls, stirling silver and Swarovski crystal components to create a three strand necklace for her that had a 1920's feel, with a contemporary edge.
